For reasons unknown the guy was in such a rush damaged the flu spark arrestor pretending it was broken and cracked prior to removal ,extremely poor service I will repair myself, regret paying for zip service and further repairs

Actually had a flue to remove. Extremely prompt (same-day), efficient, reasonably priced and obliging. Even came back the next day with a dolly" to help remove the combustion heater which he knew I'd struggle with because it was very heavy.Can't recommend them highly enoughMike

I recently used these guys for a fireplace install. They where not the cheapest but went with them as they boasted lots of experience and though they would do a good job. I was at work when the install took place, and what I came home to was one of the dodgiest fireplace install you could imagine. They didn't bother pushing the internal sections of flu together properly leaving the connection ribs exposed, the fire wasn't centered to the hearth and the flu wasn't installed plum. I climbed up onto the roof and it got worse. It looked like they pumped about 10 tubes of silicone around the roof penetration in an attempt to waterproof it. They also hadn't bothered using any supports to stabilize the section of chimney protruding from the roof, so it was literally blowing around in the wind. Needless to say after our first lot of rain it leaked like a sieve all over our lounge room. I called them back and there solution was to add another 5 tubes of silicone and hope for the best. These guys had absolutely no idea what they where doing and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to re-install it properly. Would not recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend. Came in to clean my fireplace and a safety check apparently. He was there for about 15 minutes. He cleaned the flue, no real safety check and he didn’t even clean the fireplace itself or the door for $120. Never again. Not worth it and my chimney got blocked 3 months later ….go figure.

After numerous attempts, simply does not answer the phone or call back. So my next question has to be.... if there is an issue after the work... what happens then? Who you gonna call?

George did a good service but be aware. I asked for fees and charges up front, which were confirmed twice only to be charged $25 more on the day. Was charged for 2 storey home but have only single storey home. Not impressed.

Lovely guy but persisted in charging me for a full inspection and sweep when it was immediately clear to him we needed a new flue. 20 mins work for $135. There's a compromise to be made in these cases but he wasn't having any of it.
