Steve was very helpful, in addition to cleaning the chimney gave me a very thorough rundown on everything I needed to know about my wood heater, as well as advice on cleaning and future maintenance.

For a whole year we have been chasing Steve up, been so unprofessional in getting back to us and trying to get him to fix his dodgy work. We have a leaking chimney which he supposedly fixed but now in winter it's still leaking he needs to fix his work. Doesn't care unless it's an easy job. Our chimey is on the lean which he put in , very carefree with his work not professional at all. Wouldn't recommended him to anybody.Very unhappy and trying to take it further.

Steve is fantastic. He was prompt, helpful and has a wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks that he shares with his clients to make sure they can maintain a fireplace on their own. Thank you Steve for making sure our fireplace was safe to use, clean and in good repair (had our capping replaced as well due to rusting).

Steve was great. Slightly more expensive than the other quotes I recieved, but worth every cent as he provided me with the knowhow to maintain the chimney myself going forward. Nice bloke, great communication and knowledgeable.
